I came across this really great website, think it was from a link here in boards. And I've forgotten what it was, can't find it in the bookmarks. Had really good info on everything from protein supplements to muscle building excercises, all done by one guy with no commericial interests I think. Was formatted quite basically with sidebar on left with different topics. Any ideas people?

    Thanks

interesting sites, will have a look. Wasn't either of them though. Similar design to the second one. It mightn't be one person, but the way it was written it sounded like it was very knowledgable voice of experience. Will keep looking :) Thanks

    Lyle McDonald's site perhaps? - http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/articles

If not I'd recommend it anyway. Well researched stuff.
