    now I know the push up and all its variations will be recommended, but lately when doing them, I find I still get the burn in my shoulders, triceps, and back.... with very little in my chest

    this is with the exception of diamond push ups which usually give me a nice burn mid pecs but still not as much as everywhere else ...

    now I'm nursing a shoulder injury and diamond push ups murder me, so any other ideas, for now and when my injury gets better ? :)
