    OP, no there's not any 24h places here.
    Open til 10pm I think:
    Across UCHG - University Pharmacy
    Care in Salthill beside Morton's

    There are however late late garages that may have Panadol and such.

    No. Last one closes about 10pm I think. Salthill, or Newcastle by the hospital. Search on here for more details if needed, there are other threads.
