Today I recieved two calls from a blocked number on my iPhone where as soon as I picked up I could hear the sound when another number is being dialed (the irish one). I hung up straight away and wasn't charged but I was wondering, If I was to wait on the line and find out what happens would I get charged? I am with Three…

No you wouldn't get charged. It's probably an auto dialler and if someone answers a person picks up to speak with you. Dont worry about it.
