    is there anywere i can get info on what size the soakpit has to be
    how many pipes , lenght , how far apart.
    pictures or diagrams

    If you are referring to the area leading from the septic tank/treatment unit, it is referred to as a percolation area.It needs to be sized based on the results of a site suitability test, which would have been done as part of the planning application.
