    Has anyone received compensation from eirgrid on the basis of them being the beneficial owner of land as opposed to the titled owner???????

    You'll have to flesh that out a bit more by giving us some better detail. Are you renting the land? As far as I am aware, the mast interference payment is only paid to the landwoner (well the claim form does not mention a beneficial owner).

    Beneficial owner is claiming ownership through squatters rights of 25 years. Mast & pylons involved.

    yeah i have, was renting ground and the silage crop got damaged esb coughed up

    If a crop is damaged, there should be compensation for the owner of the crop

    Do you mean mast compensation or comepnsation for the erection of a new line?

    There is a BIG difference in the approach depending on which you are referring to.
