Does anyone else do these all year round? I was considering joining the gym on a years contract to attend these classes only as a means of getting some interval training into the legs. Unfortunately due to a change in work circumstances commuting by bike will have to cease

Spinning twice a week for jan and feb, good to be doing something but not as good as the real thing or dreaded turbo ..

You could do the same thing at home on an exercise bike or trainer costing less than 100 Euro. There are many websites that will show you how to calculate your lactate threshold and heart rate intervals specific to you.

our club runs turbo classes (bring your own turbo and bike ) very good legs are sore this morning. as to allyear round you would be better off on the bike as soo as the weather / daylight allows :D
