I added a SSD to my Medion MS-7616 computer and left the original HDD in situ. I want to change the BIOS to make the computer boot from the SSD but I can't find any way of getting into the BIOS. I am reading that this is a problem with Medion computers. F8 brings me to the boot menu but I can't move the SSD to the top of the list. F11 is Recovery which wipes everything. ESC doesn't do anything. Any suggestions please.

try Ctrl-Alt-Esc, Ctrl-Alt-S and Ctrl-Alt-Ins. These are for the Phoenix BIOS
was going to say f11 is standard in medions then i reread your post

Thanks for the suggestions, unfortunately none of them worked. I did get a menu with which I wasn't familiar but it ran through and I couldn't get it again using any of your options. It's not much of a problem anyway, only if Windows closes the computer in my absence.

Try F2 or Delete (not backspace)

Delete works. Many thanks for that.
