John Ging and Marko Conroy... both are top blokes and its great for beginners. They have Darragh O'Connaill down a bit and he gives great seminars.

Marko's got solid Jiu Jitsu, the gym has a great atmosphere and they're all a sound bunch of lads....would highly recommend training there!
