Disconnected a day after receiving a bill?

    I only recently joined eircom for phone and broadband services. Within a week of joining I received a bill demanding immediate payment. I paid this and had not received a bill until yesterday when another immediate payment demand was sent. I paid this today only to find that I have been cut off already. Am I not entitled to some time to pay it?
