I am trying to make summer plans & am deliberating over the above countries, with Thailand and Cambodia for about 4 weeks? I'd skip Malaysia, it's bloody awful in my opinion. I'd add Vietnam to Thailand. In Thailand I'd do an island, Bangkok and Chiang Mai, and a hop into Burma from the north is relatively easy.
