My BD Gym is starting Pilates Classes soon and I am very interested in attending. I have a recurring injury from running which pilates should be able to help as it will strengthen my core.

Anyway has anyone gone to Pilates in any of The Ben Dunne Gyms before and what did they think of it? it is included in teh membership so if it they run good classes it is excellent value.

    Any thoughts?

    Hi,
I'm a member at Ben Dunne Gyms.
I haven't tried their Pilates classes. But have gone to yoga, boot camp and Spinning. Found them excellent so I would think that Pilates will be first class too.
