I'm looking to travel to Macdonagh Junction Shopping Centre in Kilkenny, with Bus Eireann from Waterford City. Can anyone tell me does the Bus go near the Macdonagh Junction Shopping Centre.

    Thanks.

There is only a limited service between Waterford-Kilkenny.

    Route 73
    Waterford-Kilkenny Rail St
    09.40-10.45
    15.15-16.20

    Kilkenny Rail St-Waterford
    12.05-13.10
    17.50-18.55

Thats Mon-Sat with one Sun service. Your better getting the train faster and better schedule. I think its around 13 euro retun when got at the station.

The railway station is beside the shopping centre and there are 7 trains a day each way. the online return fare is €13.70 and €6.50 for a child. Child single online is €4.99

There is a lift from the platform in Kilkenny down to the entrance to the shopping centre but not sure if it has ever been used as the shopping centre was finished at the same time as the boom ended.

Not in use as people can board the train without tickets. Once you walk out of the station the entrace to the carpark is there if you go in there you could get in or walk around further and use the normal entrance.

well I got to HMV at 12.00, to see that they were closed, they had signs posted that they'd be re-opening in the afternoon. At 2.00pm a large crowd was waiting, when we were informed they would not be opening until tomorrow morning.

I wonder if they will be opening tomorrow morning.
