Just wondering anybody know was this a Speed Van?

Red Transit reg 10-KY-xxxx spotted on the off ramp on the Stillorgan Dual carraigeway, heading for Stillorgan Shopping centre, parked where nobody else would ever park with the back facing onto the carraigeway around 7.15pm tonight?

Did it have a Garda logo / speed camera logo / large rise in the roof for a radar?

Was it not a opel or renault van ?

Did it have black windows on the rear with stickers on the back door's.

All the Garda ones have D reg but noticed most of the others are country reg.

No nothing on the sides or top that I could see.

Could have been, was going past and couldn't see the badge clearly.

Not on the side but on the back doors.
Didn't seem to have the camera lens in the window though.

Just thought it was strange where it was parked.

That was a camera van, I came across one yesterday. I couldn't tell you the make or reg, but its a red van with a few little boxes on the roof, and a stripe on the side near the back. Its very sneaky as from a distance you wouldn't notice it

If it wasn't covered in markings, it may have been a speed survey van. No fines issued

Almost certainly a GoSafe survey van. Most seem to be KY reg.

Most likely a survey van. They have to figure out where they'll get the most money from unsuspecting drivers.

Saw it driving out onto N11 at stillorgan at 18.13 tonight it had all the gear but no stickers and op you were right it is a transit.

I didn't doubt you just never seen a transit used by the private crowd.

It is a very small Transit think its one of the smallest body ones you can get.

It was there Monday and Tuesday evenings this week. It's a survey van. Dark red colour, no markings.
