problem with eye dominance and handage

Been shooting recurve since October and got myself a lovely Samick just before xmas. Am right handed, so got a right handed one.

BUT, i've just discovered I'm left eye dominant. quite strongly too.

2 coaches have told me to swap, early enough days. had a go at the club's left hand trainer bow and although it was very confusing and initially really foxed me i was hitting the yellow quite consistently. both coaches said i'd get the hang of it cos it's early days.
a third coach said stay right, that i looked more comfortable going right (though he was aware of me switching eyes a lot) and a fourth, a high ranked individual said to swing left also.

i do have better strength in my right arm, no doubt about it, but honestly guys, am confused, don't know what to do, stay right or move to left.

someone mentioned an eye patch, an eye patch, morto

know it's my decision just looking for tips or tales to help me make up my mind (which i have to do soon)

As per your received advice, it can be done either way but I think the balance of opinion is in favour of following eye dominance.

I would agree with following your eye as it's more instinctive. Any possibility you could hold off on buying a new bow so soon and get some more hours shooting the lefty. May leave you more confident on your way forward.

I'm the same, right handed shooting left.
I would suggest following eye dominance.

    thanks.
i've decided to try and get my hands on a left hand bow for a week or two and shoot it in my back garden (it's safe!).
see how it feels, see how my draw is, strength etc.
I do have a gut feeling that i am going to have to swap though and it is niggling away at the back of my head.
