Citroen berlingo help

    P1351 Ignition Coil Control Circuit High Voltage

    08 citroen berlingo 1.6 throwing up p1351. In general the code sems to refer to the above.

    Anybody got any ideas what i should be looking for (not my vehicle)

    Also does the citroen spcific code refer to something else or am i on the right track

    p1351 refers to either blown glow plugs or glowplug relay...I'd suspect blown
    glow plugs....Tbh the glow plugs only kick in well below 0 degrees C but are used on cold startup to aid smooth running of the engine when cold...:)

    Much appreciated Row, have never done anything with a diesel engine, but at least I know that the torque app on my phone works :D

    No Problem..If you do take on the job of replacing the glow plugs be very careful as like most modern diesels carbon builds up on the tip of the glowplugs and can make them very difficult to remove...Sometimes the tips can break in the head...:eek:
    All i say is be very careful and remove the glow plugs when the engine is hot.;)
