System link have developed a heat exchanger called a heat genie, not sure if its on the market just yet.

But you can just get a plate heat exchanger to do the same job. Just type plate heat exchanger into google and have a look and then obviously your heat requirements will determine your price.

You should be looking in the region of 16kW to maybe 28kW price guide ( complete estimated guess). And make sure the actual stove is big enough, too many people getting caught out!

There is more to fitting a solid fuel stove to a pressurised system than just a heat exchanger you will still need a thermosyphon heat dump, if your plumber does not know this you shouldnt let him install the solid fuel stove.

Thats it. I didnt know where to start and how far to go describing that in words.

    A quick swerve off topic
Its getting to the stage where we need a sticky "beware of solid fuel" or something on here.
Solid fuel is getting very popular at the moment and so many people are trying to DIY it
