What's involved in it? i finished up the course in september and tbh cant remember the assignments in much detail. Do i need to look over the assignments before internal verification?

I assume you are a tutor. The IV process will follow the procedures outlined in your centre's QA document but at a basic level it involves checking that all the evidence is present and that it is marked correctly. Some centres will have additional requirements for the IV eg checking the assignment briefs are appropriate.
