Income Levy / USC refund

I filled out the below form for 2009-2012 inclusive as my USC was calculated incorrectly and I overpaid it (due to moving employers, medical card etc).

How long does a refund normally take?

Posted the 4 forms on January 2nd and it shows 4 different "Correspondence" assigned on my PAYE Anytime login. Does this mean its been assigned to a revenue staff member and is being looked into as I type?

It means it's been received, scanned and probably sitting in some staff member's workflow - how long it takes depends entirely on the volume of work on hand in that particular office. Could be anywhere from 1 to 3 or 4 weeks I'd guess.

Thats fair enough then, as long as its not a few months I'm happy enough, cheers :)
