Unislim New Plan: Forever free: how many yums in:

I don't think there's a thread that's specifically relating to the new Unislim forever free plan..
I am finding the plan great so far.. I just don't know the full ins and outs & I am sure all other members will agree...

I really liked the food maximising plan, and actually lost a lot of weight while on it. I'm finding it difficult to switch to this new plan,to be honest. I'm sure its probably just a case of sitting down and going over the book, again and again !! How is your weight loss going?

I've lost 3lbs in 2 weeks with no exercise.. I was a little disappointed with it but I think I have been eating too many carbs.. If I went over the 1/4 plate I was adding the yums for the amount I went over by.. I am presuming I should not eat anymore than the Free To Choose Carbs in each meal?

Does anyone know how many yums (if any) would be in a chicken Fajita cooked in water with no oil & Old El Paso fajita seasoning mix, veg, lettuce & a table spoon of Salsa in a 7 inch wrap? Would this be free? The wrap might be Free to Choose but I am unsure about the Salsa & the Fajita Seasoning mix..
