    Hey ladies
Anyone any decent suggestions on how to avoid vpl/vtl? Anyone found any decent ways to avoid it?

Have a ball to go to at the end of January and really want to avoid it, as it will spoil my dress

    Any advice/links/help would be appreciated

    Helen

Most large department stores sell "no vpl" underwear and most do what they say on the tin! I got some nice ones in M&S. They also do body suits that smooth out all the lumps and bumps (incl. vpl lines... some have a built in button up gusset so no need for underwear al all) which could also be worth a look.

    Thanks Lorebringer.
I must try M & S. Haven't shopped there in years but i'll pop in and have a look.
Might try one of those body suits.
