I was wondering does anybody know if there are any IT Tech Support jobs about but has weekend hours or even evening/night time hours.

I'm currently studying the following course:
    http://www.ucd.ie/science/graduate_studies/downloads/UCD_MScCompSciConvBrochure_Web.pdf

I got back from teaching English (in Korea) less than a year ago and wanted to go back to college due to an interest in IT since the DOS years. :D

Not only am I struggling to find any source of income but I wish to get some experience in the IT World during my studies...

Yeah, I think I'll drop in at the Carrickmines stores tomorrow and leave them in a cv. I asked the guy were they taking anybody on (this was before Christmas) but he said no. He still said I should put in a cv in case.
