Never have them. I don't even know what it feels like to have one. Anyone else like this?

If headaches are caused by the brain swelling and touching the skull, does your lack of headaches indicate a tiny brain?

    Just sent ya one.:p

I rarely get them and when I do it's almost always from dehydration. Amazing how many people don't drink enough water and regularly pop pills for headaches.

    i've never had heartburn?!

Never had a headache until the last twelve months, when stress brought the unwelcome experience.

OP, your life is too easy. Get yourself some problems and you'll know what a headache is.

I think I've heartburn. It might have been indigestion, or a heart attack, who knows, I'm not sure what either of them feel like either.

Neither do I but I get migraines rare though they are.

Me three, I almost never get headaches and if I have they've been very mild thankfully(judging from others descriptions).

Rejoice in the awareness of feeling stupid, for that’s how you end up learning new things. If you’re not aware you’re stupid, you probably are.

I ate 3/4 of an onion once to see if I could do it. I even over-dosed on antacids beforehand in preparation. I loved onions. I no longer love onions. The ensuing heartburn was biblical and long-lived, not to mention the profoundly unsettling and humiliating visit I eventually had to make to the toilet.
I blame YouTube, Alcohol, and my provincial upbringing.

I never did either until I got pregnant.
The baby inside you pushes up against the flap bit (can't think of what it's called) that closes when you have swallowed something, so with it then open, the acid is free to come up.
I thought once the baby came out, I'd go back to never having heartburn, but that didn't happen :(
Must have loosened it or something.

I have only noticably had a headache about twice in my life (I count myself lucky) both times because I cried myself silly (over something that was really important and warrented the splitting headache I had)

But recently I have walked around with a constant pain in my head, I can ignore it (like a cold) but I seem to be always aware it's there, it like the first thoughts of a headache, that slightly hurts and feel as if I stood up to fast. bizarre

Everyone here is so lucky not to get them, my dad gets them bad and so do I, been for tests and all but they can't find a reason. Occasionally get migraines which are totally different to headaches, literally can't stand light or sound and vomiting from the pain. Dreadful stuff.

The only symptom of a hangover I get is a headache, which is usually resolved by taking a couple of Panadol.

I also get aura migraines once or twice a year, which suck balls. Dark room for 24 hours when I get one of those then a couple of days where I'm aware of a dull pain in my head, like I've had a stroke or some ****.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,461 ✭✭✭--Kaiser--

Never knew what a headache was until I had my first hangover. Even now I have to be seriously dehydrated to have a headache so almost never have one
If headaches are caused by the brain swelling and touching the skull, does your lack of headaches indicate a tiny brain?

My theory is that people who get frequent headaches have teensy little brains that rattle around their oversized skulls, while ample brained people like myself go happily about their day

Practically never get a headache, then last year got a blinding headache when I bent down to pick up something, and then it never really went away, not as blinding but always there.

After a few months finally went to doctor.
    Was sinuses!
Never had sinus problem in my life. Steam inhalations for a week or so and h2o nasal spray. Haven't had one since.
