    Hi

Just wondering if anyone has any experience of volunteering, or even dealing with Rothar in Phibsbourough?

Im hoping to get some volunteer work there and would really appreciate any information.

    Thanks :)

    Hi TheBike Guy

I volunteered and was involved with them for a good while. They're a great bunch of people, you'll have a good laugh and you'll get loads of experience working on bikes - incluiding your own if its needed.

Gareth is/was the main guy in Phibsborough , so call the number or pop in. He'll look after you. He's a good mechanic and a great guy.

And apart from what it'll do for you, you'll be part of something brilliant for the community and society. Rothar is a super example of what a social enterprise should be.

It can be a little chaotic - unfortunately a lot of people want to volunteer at the same times , while there can be times during the week when there are no volunteers - just Gareth - and there will be times when you might feel lost or wonder what's going on around you but I'd encourage you to jump in. You'll feel good about what you're doing, your bike mechanic skills will dramatically improve and you'll have a laugh.
