Cannot tune in BBC 3 on TP 10818

For the life of me, I cannot tune in BBC 3 on my sat box. I have re-tuned to get BBC 4 and a few other channels, but I cannot get BBC 3. I am going to TP 10818 V 22000, but I am getting no signal. What's da story?
