Hi folks,

Can anyone recommend me a good estate agent in Lucan to rent a house please?

I'm currently renting through an estate agent at the moment but they've messed up twice now with rent payments to my account so I've had enough of them and as I'm currently living abroad I need a reliable agency who I don't have to chase up.

The tenants I have in my property at the moment are great so what's the process of me changing estate agents but keeping the same tenants I have at the moment when their lease is up in Feb?

Also can someone kindly explain the term Landlord Remittance means please?
