Belturbet slipway?

    Hi.

    Friend of mine says that there is a slipway near Belturbet (near place called Clowniny @ map). Is this open for public access? Asking as I have one of those little books by IFB and it is not mentioned there. Don't want to go there all the way from Dublin and find it closed..

    As far as im aware there isin't one located on the lake but i could be open the correction, I know there is definetly one on tomkin road lough beside it.

    These places only offer to rent boats onto specific lakes around the area as i think they are trying to stop the spread of lake diseases and weeds.

    Slipway is Private however Tom was very kind and let me use it.
