    We didn't die in the afore mentioned horrific Mayan predicted apocalypse which is always good news, so Happy New Year to you all from us in the office and here we are with this week's Q's News:

    Our Talk To forums have undergone a fairly major facelift. You'll see now that you can see the reps listed on the right of the page along with the forum's opening hours and response rate. We've got a thread here in Feedback for any bug reports you might find with them.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
