    why are there so many smackheads on talbot street? i drives me nuts having to run the gauntlet from o conell st down to the station.I've lost count of how many times I've been accosted and asked am i 'scoring' or more recently,gentlemen approaching me with offers of 'tab-elits' its annoys me to be singled out because i don't fit the bill of one of their customers.outside madigans pub and the spar on the corner of Marlboro st seem to be hotspots.i know a homeless hostel,cedar house is located nearby but this would only account for a few dozen zombies.what's the crack with the rest of them?
