You may need an ISO converter and possibly an antenna converter.

Halfords sell both, as to whether they are the correct ones, I don't know. Obtainable online for pretty cheap.

Only way to tell whether you need one or both is to buy the HU. It'll be compatible either way.

Lidl radio and your Micra radio both have iso connections so no wiring adjustment needed. You may run into difficulty in physically fitting the radio as original Blaupunkt is secured with 4 self tap screws and there is no guarantee there will be similar mounts on the Lidl radio. My advice is to get the original radio repaired.

You may also need a new facia for the radio, I replaced my radio with a Lidl one, and needed the converter, iso converter, and a new facia.

Do not buy the new facia in Halfords, you can get them online for a third of what Halfords sell them for.

The radio I replaced with the Lidl one had two screws that were not on the Lidl one, and it fit in fine

No just giving an example where the fittings were different.
