People do pay insane money for Communion dresses, couple of hundred would not be a surprise at all. Mad when they are only going to get a few days (if that) wear out of it. We got our daughter her Communion dress from TK Maxx (not Swords though) last year, spot on for 30 euro, she was delighted with it, don't think there is any hurry to buy them now, there were loads in there last year April/May time.

+1 for TK Maxx. Friend of mine got one there for €27 last year. Lovely dress, smiles all round!
