Leinster Youth/Junior day

    Cycling Leinster are hosting a training/coaching day for all Leinster riders U14/U16/and Juniors at the Bray Wheelers clubhouse on Sun Jan 20th with the spins leaving at 10am.There will be NO U12 training at this camp as they will be looked after at a later date.After the spins there will be talks in the afternoon outlining plans for all for 2013.There is no charge for this day,but riders are asked to bring a packed lunch to have between the road spin and the talks.

    Great day out in Bray today.Over 70 youngsters from U14 to Junior despite the weather.Thanks to the seasoned riders who acted as leaders on the road.To Bray Wheelers for the clubhouse.Thanks to the drivers,and finally to morana for his talk and slide show after the spins.Hope they all took something from the day.Onwards and upwards.
