Is there a reason that we all seem to use low capacity batteries? Like around 1600mah seems to be the norm, why not 3300+?

The only reason most people use sub 1600mah HiNm batteries is because it is about the Max size that will fit in a lot of AEGs
Those AEGs that have a Full stock the likes of M16 and G3 etc can carry a larger size battery and can take HiNm batteries of 3000mah or bigger

I have a 7.4v lipo 2300mah for my AUG that is smaller than an 8.4v mini HiNm battery

Size was what I thought. I can feel free to order a 5000 mah one instead of three 1400s.

Before you order anything you should check the size of the battery first
Most websites selling batteries give the dimensions of each battery

Well I have a solid stock for an m4 it'd probably fit 3 mini types so it should be fine.

I got a 3000 mah 8.4v in my m16 full stock, runs around the same juice as a 9.6v 1500 mah but for alot longer.
If your getting a large mah battery get an 8.4v, slightly less trigger responce and speed than a 9.6 of the same size bu theres alot less wear on parts in the gun.

Thats just what I found out, and the 8.4v battery is cheaper to start.
