I'm just going to apologise right now if this is a dumb question with a really obvious answer but I just want to be sure what to do:

I'm currently in my second year of a three-year degree course. I've been applying for internships but I don't know how to list my first year results, should I list all of my modules and the grade for each module or should I just put "Year 1: 2:2"? I've done other internships etc so I don't need to fill up space on my CV or anything, I just want to sure that my CV's properly done. Any help would be appreciated!

I am not trying to be harsh or difficult, but a 2:2 is a poor-ish result for 1st year, so I would exclude it from your CV.

If you really do want to put your results on your CV, try to word them in a way so you look better. For example, let's say you passed all your exams and got the highest result in your class for accounting. You could write something like this:

B.Sc in Boards.ie Studies, University College Dublin
    - Passed all first year exams
    - Highest class mark for accounting

Or something like that. I am sure you can word it better.
