    Hi all

Just wondering do we have to apply for planning to construct a 90 foot 12ft 6 8feet deep tank.. the tank will be left open for one year and then we will put a shed over it down the road... I will be doing all the construction of the tank myself and was hoping to start in the next week or 2. The reason for this is that we currently do not have the storage capacity to accommodate the numbers we are stocking.

Have any of ye done work without planning and how did ye get on did ye get fined or had ye to apply for retention.?

My understanding was that you don't need planning for a tank but you do once you go overground.

yip right there, but wouldnt it be a ball ache if you werent allowed to put a shed on top. Why not just play by the rules, or have you a ready objector
