Goals for New Year/Website-planning tool to record

Hi, I'm setting my goals for the New Year & wonder if there is any website which I can record these goals & maybe website will send me a weekly email/text to remind me of the goal. I use google calendar at present, but there must be a better application for this. Any ideas. Thks
