    Hey all,

do you know any good resources to help improve my scrum technique? i'm a front row and with my team we don't do much scrum work, more lineouts and match scenarios.

where are you based?? The Munster academy holds training course like this during the year - I did a scrummaging and a fitness course with them last summer which I found brilliant!!

this is a link to their page! they update it as the courses become available:

There was a video on RugbyDump a while back with Dan Cole on scrummaging which might be of interest.

If you really want to improve It would be well worth coming to Nenagh and doing a session or two with Seamus Harty. IMO doing a session with Seamus individually would be better than the scrum clinic. Many clubs/schools regularly send their front rows, young and old, to nenagh for sessions. He has also worked with many of munsters academy and pro front rows

if you're talking to me, my coaches aren't paid and the forwards coach isn't qualified to do scrummaging :P

Seamus would do 1 on 1 work or work with a full pack and does it for Free
