Quick question: Whats the average wait for a PAYE pin to be posted out?

Also if a person works up to June 30th 2011 and then is on Jobseekers for remainder of year is it possible that they may have an overpayment of tax due back to them? Just getting to grips with claiming taxback etc.

It's 5 working days so long as all the info you input matches Revenues files. Longer if someone has to manually sort it.

Depending on your circumstances you may or may not be entitled to a refund. Everyones tax affairs are unique to them.
Also DSP jobseekers benefit payments are a taxable source of income.
