Cracking in chest?

Started back weight training this week after 5 months of lazyness. Had previously been traing hard for18 months built up good strength particuly pushing. While I was training he odd day I would get a tightening in my chest if I flexed it it was like it was caving in real sore but then would go after a while. very sore. Whilst I haven't been training in getting a few cracks in my chest when I lie down or if I'm waking up out of bed as I'm getting up it will crack
Not really sore but am a bit anxious as to wat it is. I take a lot of fish oils so think my bones are quiet good. Tbh when training I never took
Much time stretching before or after maybe that had caused it? And also I had been doing heavy standing push press and when bringing the weight back down it would hit my chest hard enough, could that be causing ?
Anybody any ideas wat it could be. Cheers

Did this happen recently? If so then you've got a problem

Pain diagnostics can't be done on the forum I'm afraid, you'll need to see a Dr. for further guidance.
