Right guys I know ye probably get asked about gyms all the time but I will try to give as much detail as possible and I welcome any advice!

I am moving to Dublin the first week in Feb, all I know is I will be working around the city center, 10mins from st stephens green if that helps!

    I am 22 male, 5' 11" and 60kg.

I used to row for about 5 years so we used to train a lot on the water, running, concept 2 work aswell.

I gave up about 3 years ago and I have done noting since!

I want to join a gym in Dublin. I am also thinking of Personal Training as I would like to basically start bodybuilding to bulk up and strenghten me arms.

I am thinking P\T as I am extreamly shy and wont do weights in a gym. I get really anxious.etc.. The only reason is when I used to go a few years ago there used to be massive guys in the gym using weights so I would be too embarresed as I would struggle with 30kg! So im very weak.

Weights are all I need help with really as I am fine with doing cardio in a gym, I feel comfortable doing that. Not one bit anxious.

So im looking for a good gym and some solution to help me with the weights situation :-)

    Thanks

Iveagh fitness is near stephens green and its not bad although perhaps a little pricey!

Energie is on clarendon st, ive never been so i can not comment.

As for the weights...trust me when i tell you that nobody cares what your doing with weights, they are far more interested in themselves and what they are doing or trying to do. .
