    Hi guys, Im looking to get my son assessed privately, hopefully in the Clare area. Where do I start in looking for one?? Or any advice would be appreciated

    You'll need a Child and Adolescent Psychologist. Contact PSI (Psychological Society of Ireland); or your local CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service) via your GP.

    Thanks guys! Its def a behavioural one, and to be honest Im wondering if his behaviour can be connected back to bacterial meningitis as an infant, I may be clutching at straws and looking for excuses/reasons.

    I was told years ago leaving the hospital he more than likely would have school issues and other issues that may crop up over the years.

    Is it possible to find out if there is something organic going on, or if, for want of a better word, have a 'bold' teen
