Pension and welfare payments reduced

Hi i wonder if anybody can offer any advice. My parents are getting a pension from the U.K of £621 pm for my mom and welfare payments of €62 a week for my dad as he hasn't reached his pensionable age yet. They get no rent allowance or other benefits. Does this sound right we've tried looking online but can't work it out…
