Was looking on the CI website for a list but didn't see anything. Has anyone any idea what the schedule for the year is. I read in the training logs thread there is a race in Tralee on Feb 24.

Lacey Cup is the Tralee Race. Climb at start and climb just before the finish.

So it finishes on a hill? Any idea of lengths/gradient of hill? Cheers.

Haha - I love the way Stickybottle claim to have got hold of a copy as if it was a big secret when it actually looks like they've simply lifted it from morana's post here

No. It finishes on a descent - initially technical but then it would be fast.
I've not dine the race, I just know the circuit used.
The final climb is the Curraghmore climb S-N on Strava.

Murph100 who sometimes posts here would be the man to talk to regarding the race itself.

If you're after something a bit different, the Race Around Ireland starts on the 15th of September. Its not in the calendar for some reason.

Here's the Lacey Lap ;) (fair steep at the end LOL, note: click on someone's actual route to see a better profile)

Looking down the list, mmmmm.............interesting, the Desmond Sportive Hill Climb League !!

There are even further events added since moranas last post.
Calender fairly full now with for example only one free Sunday between 17th Feb and 25th Aug in Leinster.I'd say the finished product will be released now fairly soon,as it was finally put to bed in the last few days.

Heard something similar, that we'll see the finished product within the week. Also, the Hammond Memorials have moved from March to July.

Thats it.Hammond races on July 14th
Also a new memorial event for the late and great Seamus Kennedy on July 21st.There was a void in mid July if you look at the calender that was posted a few weeks ago,but its going to look a lot fuller now.
