Hi I purchased a mispriced mattress from an Irish company for 1 euro.

On the website it had a specific on sale tag next to only this item.

They took payment through paypal as well as sending me an invoice.

I have screen shot of the price. It was up at the price for the last week and when I contacted them about delivery they said that it was a website fault and that mattress doesn't even exist(It does).

Do I have any case when they already invoiced me and took money?

Is that considered a contract entered into?

    Any advice would be appreaciated.

I would not give much for your chances. A price of €1 for a mattress looks such an obvious error that the defence of mistake would be rather easy for the vendor. And if you went to court, you would sound (at best) foolish if you claimed that you did not think there was a mistake.
