    Hi there,

As title sugesst there is black mauld appearing in my 7 y.o apartment, only in one room, mainly near the ventilation.

The dehumidifier doesn't seem to help much and the room is aired every day.

I dont know how to deal with this, should I get in touch with the management company or the builder directly ? Who's liable to cover the cost of this highly dangerous issue ?

    Thanks

Unless you're planning to write to one of them, I think you're in the wrong forum (this is Creative Writing).

Moved from Creative Writing to Accommodation and Property.
