    Gleann na Ri - Cabinteely
google translator shows that "gleann na" means valley, wikipedia shows that "Ri" means king. Valley of king? Why R for Ri is capital letter?

King can require a capital letter in english depending on the circumstances. I wouldn't think Irish is any different. E.g. King Carlos I

na implies Plural also, so Kings Glen

It translates as Kings' Valley (note the plural) or Valley of the Kings.
