Foxsat HDR dropping signal

I have two boxes in the house, the main one in the sitting room is a Humax Foxsat HDR double tuner. I got a new dreambox for the kitchen in place of an old sky box I was using.

Anyway I powered down the old sky box disconnecting it from the socket. Went back into the other room and I noticed the Foxsat had now no signal. Powered up sky box, connecting coaxial cable back to box and the signal was back on Foxsat.

Thought nothing of it until tonight when the Foxsat lost signal again after the young lad put the dreambox into standby. When the sky box was put into standby this never happened, although it did have an issue when it was unplugged from the socket. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks.

not completely familiar with the menu, but try activating the setting that sends voltage to the lnb

Got into the installer menu and there was an option to turn lnb from standard to high but still have no signal. It's connected to an old sky dish.

So, all tuners here (including both Foxsat) have an independent connection to a quad or octo lnb?

And all channels are available on the Foxsat when the other receiver is in place (& powered on in the case of the Dreambox)?

Yes they have all their own connection to a quad lnb and yes I will receive signal on the Foxsat when the Dreambox is active. Moved the old sky box to a spare connection upstairs and I have solved the problem of no signal on the Foxsat when the Dreambox is in standby. If I unplug the skybox the Foxsat loses signal again though!
