Looking for free willow rods

I'm looking to find willow rods (up to 8 foot in length) that would be suitable for a childs playhouse/giant basket. Ideally growing somewhere in South County Dublin or North Wicklow. Anyone noticed some in any hedgerows. Failing that where could I buy some on the cheap?
