Anyone any opinions on PT's working in this place and know if any of them are any good.
I think for the new year I might give up on being a self educated failure and pay someone who knows what they are talking about to point me in the right direction.

I am mostly interested in someone to set up a good strength and conditioning routine and show me what I am doing wrong not someone who will set up the speed on the treadmill for me and watch me for 20 mins
I am 2 years strength training fairly committedly using the internet only as my guide ( to limited success ) ;-(

thanks Hanley - but I am paid up for the full year in Energie so I am sticking with them. Otherwise I think I would make the effort to come to your own place.

You could always go and get a programme from a recommended PT outside your gym. I'm sure Hanley could sort you out or point you in right direction.

Well yeah that was my point - you're not locked into using them for PT work unles they offer a great discount to members and know what they're at.

Yeah I knew that's what you meant. I meant for Rob, he could get a program from you or another PT and continue to train in his own gym since he's paid for a year.

Body Byrne is next door to energie - that guy is hardcore, i imagine he would be very good, i don't know him, seen him in westwood a few times not sure why he would go there when he has his own gym but each to their own!

When i went to Sports Med Ireland for physio they offered personal training or a once off program based on your weaknesses after assessment. Could try there and see what they offer you
