Even with a clear picture, no-one will be able to tell you for sure.

Can you ask the owners of the property?

Its a small apartment block, I asked an agent who is dealing with them but isn't sure

Looks like a triax dish but impossible to tell for sure really. There is an aerial above it so it could well be a shared dish/aerial system.

It looks like a quattro LNB solely because it's white and majority of Quads would be dark grey as would the majority of quattros white.
Aquattro would suggest a communal system but you couldn't say for 100% sure from the pic. I'd go for 99% though:D if the agent says so and it is an appartment block.

Edit-* Just saw your post saying EA wasn't sure so drop that to 50%*

If it is a communal system it may not be for a sky system though

The only way you'll have any clue is that if it has less than four feeds (or at least outputs) from the LNB then its not a shared system.

Could be aligned to a different satellite altogether like 19E or 13E as opposed to Sky on 28E.

I do agree that it's likely to be on sky though!

Fingers crossed its sky, It's a head wreck as i've always had UPC & there bundle prices do be good plus i'll have to find a Broadband provider also.
